SPRING START UP
With our cottage spring startup service, we can get your cottage up and running hassle free and ready for your enjoyment.
When you hire us open your cottage for the season, we can take care of a number of different tasks, including:
- Irrigation startup
- Restore water to Cottage
- Check cottage for any leaks or damage
- Set up outdoor living spaces
- Check Internet, Cable and Security
- Check for Lightbulbs
- Ensure Furnace / AC are operational
If there’s something specific you need done, just let us know! We’re more than happy to accommodate your cottage opening needs so that you can start your vacation the minute you get to your cottage at the beginning of the season.

FALL SHUTDOWN
The season is over and the last thing you want to deal with is closing up the cottage.
We offer everything you need to ensure your cottage is ready for winter including:
- Irrigation blowout
- Store outdoor living furniture
- Turn off water supply and winterize
- Leaf removal
- Install storm windows
- Check furnace for winter usage if needed
We are ready to help whether you shutdown your cottage for the entire winter or prepare it for winter visits.
OUTDOOR SERVICES
Do you need someone to take care of your property including your lawn, landscaping and flowers? We specialize in making sure your summer home looks amazing.

HANDYMAN SERVICES
Keeping up on small repairs for your cottage can be overwhelming. Spend your precious time enjoying your cottage instead of having to deal with repairs. We are licensed and insured builders and have the full capability of making most types of repairs.
